I’m sure we have all had disappointing experiences with businesses that have fallen short in terms of efficiency or quality. To gain certification, Oakworth went through a procedure to demonstrate the effectiveness of its quality management system (QTS), a system which includes the operational processes for the delivery and continual improvement of services. It was a rigorous process – and it really got us thinking about how best we can understand and respond to the needs of customers so resources can be allocated appropriately and efficiently.
